Please be considerate and respectful of the neighbours. Guests may be asked to leave immediately if there are any complaints from any neighbours.
Kindly respect the apartment, guests are expected to leave the apartments in a reasonable state.
Smoking in the apartment is prohibited. There is a smoking area outside, at the front of the building.
Please note that the cleaner will only maintain the cleanliness of the property and will not clean excess mess or dishes.
Please kindly dispose of rubbish in the provided waste bins and leave your rinsed dishes in the dishwasher.
There will be a charge deducted from your deposit for any broken/misuse of furniture or damage to walls and an additional cleaning charge for leftover mess.
All guests must be 21 or over (excluding families with children).
A photographic driver's licence/passport is required to show at check-in. Please inform City Center Financial District Three Bedroom Duplex Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of GBP 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

透過金錢問題，總是能看清一個人的真面目，尤其是為遺產之爭撕破臉的情形屢見不鮮。一名殯葬業者在臉書社團「爆怨公社」中表示，一位80多歲的媽媽因病往生，他的兒子私訊就劈頭直問「媽媽的財產怎麼分？」，令他感嘆不已！
該名殯葬業者在文中說：「媽媽80幾歲往生了，然後媽媽生病完全沒通知親戚，等到往生才跟親戚告知，人一往生就一直希望分遺產」，男子的私訊中甚至指稱，媽媽生病時所給付的100多萬醫藥費、安養費等，是媽媽「欠」他的，認為遺產應先扣掉這筆金額再處理。
面對病逝母親仍如此計較，且急著要財產的兒子，令Po文的殯葬業者不勝唏噓，並感嘆的說：「難道真的久病無孝子嗎？」
文章掀起一陣熱議，網友們紛紛留言表示，「只能說這世上什麼人都有，有的人真的很孝順，有的錢比親情重要」、「我個人是覺得合理，畢竟如果開銷都是兒子在處理，女兒不聞不問，理當讓他去扣除吧」、「他媽養他到大都不只一百了吧？怎麼不算這個？」、「用詞應該要再恰當些」、「家家有本難念的經，每個人對金錢的價值觀不一樣」。
